We loved it!
I highly recommend the Lazy Lizard catamaran trip. Our family of 9- including a year old toddler- did a private excursion. We had a fabulous time. The staff was great and accommodating. The food was wonderful. We snorkeled and kayaked and relaxed while enjoying being together. We lucked out with a partial cloud cover so we weren't hot. But there is a place to get out of the sun if you need to. I am so glad we decided to do this trip. You will be too!
The Lazy Lizard is Pura Vida
Just spent half a day sailing on the Lazy Lizard II with my family. The crew (Josue, Guilber, and Rene) were great! Rene was an excellent guide for our snorkeling tour. When we finished snorkeling, we enjoyed a delicious meal that the crew prepared for us. If you’re visiting Costa Rica, I highly recommend taking a tour with the Lazy Lizard.
Fantastic experience, a MUST!
We were a family of four with 2 teenage kids and 5 minutes in they both said “this is the best coolest thing ever” the staff are friendly, fun, knowledgeable and genuinely great people. The views and water were incredible. We travel quite a bit all over the world and we’d rate this experience as top 5. We snorkeled, kayaked, swam and saw a few schools of dolphins. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to do it again towards the end of our trip but they were booked. So make your reservations early and enjoy!
Fabulous morning on the water
I was visiting Costa Rica with a group of friends. The lazy lizard Crew treated us like queens ! We saw lots of marine life, delicious foods and beverages! Joy, Guilber, and Luis were the BEST!! Highly recommend!
a perfect day
Every part of this was wonderful, especially our crew: Erick, Josue, and Luis. They picked us up from our condo, ferried us out to the boat, and kept us fed and liquored the whole 4 hours. All of the crew were helpful and personable: Josue took us snorkeling and we saw so much wildlife! A whitetipped shark, an eagle ray, a trumpet fish, and Josue caught not one but two pufferfish with his bare hands, to name a few. Erick made the food, delivered us drinks, and told us stories of other tours. Luis captained our ship and helped us launch kayaks off the back of the boat. We had access to a SUP and two kayaks, and snorkel gear. We danced on the netting between the pontoons all the way back to shore. Only negative was a bit of a sunburn and a few jellyfish stings... Which was still kind of cool.
