TabacĂłn is surrounded by the beautiful Arenal Volcano at the Arenal Volcano National Park. This tour literally takes you into the heart of the jungle, so the sounds and landscapes of native flora and fauna will flood your senses. This is where the thermal experience begins.
There are five sources of water with high mineral content, which is heated underground by the magma of the Arenal volcano. Thousands of gallons of this water emanate naturally every minute. Thermal water flows throughout the resort, forming the TabacĂłn River. You will find dozens of hot pools, waterfalls along the riverbed, with different temperatures, water flows and degrees of privacy.
