En esta excursión podrá disfrutar de 2 inmersiones en las Islas Catalinas. Las Catalinas son el hogar de una fantástica variedad de fauna marina y es la mejor ciudad costera de submarinismo en Costa Rica. Mantarrayas gigantes, tiburones de punta blanca de arrecife, rayas águila, mantas mobula, tortugas, delfines, morenas, peces globo, grupos gigantes de jureles, roncos y, si eres realmente afortunado en los meses de verano, ballenas jorobadas. Está disponible el servicio de recogida desde Langosta, Playa Grande, Potrero, Flamingo y Las Catalinas.

Great dive at las Catalinas island

Great people! Organized the trip really well. Broke us up into small groups. We saw dolphins and him back whales lots of starfish and marine life.

Two fun days dvining

Phil was very helpful and organized two fun diving days. We saw lots of different fish and quite a few sharks. We even got very lucky and saw two whales on the surface. I can absolutely recommend diving at Las Catalinas Islands.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip

We were very happy with the customer service, our dive instructor Risky made it fun, safe, and met all our expectations and more. Would definitely recommend highly to beginners like us. Thanks team!!!

LOVED!

Absolutely love this dive group! There was a group of seven of us, and we all had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were fantastic to work with and definitely were experiencing knowledgeable and helpful to us. We are all very experienced divers, and this dive was a great one.

Very good crew, bad conditions, great potential.

Went for a week of scuba exploration in January, mainly to check out the Catalinas! I know, delayed review!! ;) The good: Communication and booking was super clear and easy, boat, equipment and crew were great! Saw a couple of mantas (YEAH!), many sharks, a couple of eagle rays (I like the bigger critters, so that was good!). The bad: Conditions were not good, very windy (normal for that time of the year, I was told). Made the (normally) short trip to the Catalinas sites rough and longer (60 vs 20min).... if even possible. Captain had to change sites once we had left on one of the days, so missed the Catalinas altogether to hit shore sites (which were.... quiet let's say). Would have preferred to stay dry for that one. Visibility was very bad (5-7m), so mantas were "drive-by's" to catch when they happened. White-tips being lazy dogs chillin' at the bottom were easy to check out though. If not for the conditions and the resulting trips, would have been excellent! But that's not Phil and his crew's responsibility. For what they could control, they did a very good job and I recommend them! :) Portrero is a quiet little town, car not required to dive, drink, eat. A nice place to dive and relax!

Great dive

We had 3 scuba and 5 snorkeling and Phil and the crew were very professional and safe. We had such a great experience we made dives on multiple days. The boat and crew were exceptional - my wife had her first open water snorkel experience and was taken one on one for an awesome time. Highly recommended - you won’t find a better crew and dive boat in this area. One of my friends had a great time snorkeling and went the next day and was trained to scuba. (Resort Dive). He is hooked and will be getting fully certified soon. Nick
